Refund policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return any product, we will exchange it or issue a refund for the purchase price.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
You will be responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked or signed for delivery service to ensure safe arrival.

All goods must be returned in a new and unworn condition with the original tags attached.
When we receive your return, it will be inspected and if passed, we will issue your refund within 2 working days. Please allow a further 5 working days for this credit to show into your account.
Goods that have been worn, returned damaged or without any tags will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a hat for a different size, you must return this cap to the address above and we will refund you the amount for the hat. Please note we do not refund postage. Once this has been processed, then you may wish to purchase a different size or style from our website.
